Eyeliner Pencil Noir

Intense, rich colour eyeliner pencils to create beautiful eye make-up. Smooth, hydrating gel texture works brilliantly even on crepey or hooded eyelids. Waterproof formula lasts all day and can be nudged up into and between the eyelashes to define the eyes. Glides on smoothly and sets super-fast to fit in with your busy schedule.

Apply the pencil tip with gentle pressure along the lashline and inside the waterline. For a smoky effect, smudge before it sets. Once it sets it gives long wear and excellent colour payoff.
