In our unique Bespoke Foundation Blending service, only available in-person at our Chelsea boutique, you can artists' expertise and take home your perfect match as a full-sized product.
While brands normally have a range from 20-50 shades, Bespoke Blending unlocks 1000s of variations in shade, coverage and finish, ensuring your base is never too cakey, too orange, too ashen, or anything less than perfect.

You'll arrive and get comfortable at your makeup station. Our artist will ask about your skin type and desired effect, then cleanse and prep your skin with our mild skincare products.
You're welcome to arrive wearing makeup or without - we will always remove any makeup to assess your natural skin tone.
Our makeup artist will analyse your skin type and discuss the desired level of coverage, look, feel, and benefits you want from your foundation.
This can include moisturisers, shine control, age-supporting active ingredients, and SPF protection.
Our artist will pick out several shades and start blending them on a palette and testing them on your skin. At each stage they will ask for your feedback and assess them not only with our advanced lighting modules but also with natural daylight to judge the colour.
If they believe you are a close match to an existing ready-to-wear shade, they will always also show this to you as an option.
Once the perfect shade and texture are found, the artist will apply it to your whole face and follow up with natural eye, lip, and cheek enhancement to complete your look.
You can choose to take your bespoke blend home as a full-size product. Fluid formulas are mixed while you wait by hand, while mineral and cream formulas will be delivered from our lab within 48 hours. If you need more time to consider, you can also take away a free 5-day sample to try.
We keep your unique custom blend on file, so you can reorder it easily anytime and won’t have to worry about remembering it.
Bespoke Foundation Blending appointments are offered all week Monday-Saturday.
While we welcome drop-ins, booking ahead ensures our artists’ availability and is recommended.

Bespoke blending can only be done in person, but we have a great range of beautiful ready to wear blends available to sample online, across all our formulas.

Absolutely. Please just give us specific information about your sensitivities when you come in, including the results of any patch tests, so our recommendations in your consultation will exclude them. We often recommend our Matte Mineral Foundation or Weightless Cream Foundation for sensitive skin as they are free from fragrance and preservatives.
According to our Satisfaction Guarantee, we offer a refund on unopened products, and an exchange or credit note on products you have opened, as long as you notify us within 30 days of purchase and return the item to us using our Free Returns service
We store your bespoke blend on file, so you don’t need to remember it. Simply put your name in the blend box. If there is any problem, such as you have several blends and we're not sure which one you would like, we will contact you before preparing the full size and sending it out.
Our fluid formulations are 35g and tend to last for 6 months or more with every day use. Our cream formulation is 10g and lasts a similar time. Our mineral formulation is 10g and can last up to 12 months of use, depending on the amount you use.
