boutique that allows you to create a custom lipstick or lip gloss with a professional makeup artist.
You can achieve the exact shade, finish, and texture you desire, ensuring a perfect match for your skin tone and personal style.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your expert makeup artist and offered a complimentary glass of fizz.
You'll discuss the direction you'd like to take your lipstick colour, including the finish and texture you prefer, and referencing inspiration from any samples or swatches you bring.
Your artist will create mixes and blends for you to try, assessing each sample against our innovative lighting modules as well as natural daylight.
They will ask your feedback at every stage and gradually hone the blend until they find ‘the one’.
Once you've found your perfect match, it's time to name your unique shade. We recommend thinking about a special name ahead of the session to make it even more meaningful.
To conclude your experience, your makeup artist will share expert tips on creating defined, long-lasting lipstick looks, along with recommendations for complementary cheek and eye colours.
Instructions are sent to our lab to create a full-size version of your bespoke blend, which will be delivered to you in a beautiful presentation box within 48 hours.

The appointment lasts 45 minutes and is £80, including the finished bespoke product and delivery. Reorders of an existing bespoke shade are £70

Because the lipsticks we use in Bespoke Blending may use different ingredients from those in your discontinued favourite shade, we regret we do not promise to be able to 100% perfectly recreate a shade from another brand.
We can usually get a very close match, but sometimes need to compromise in some way with a variation in texture or finish.
By all means do bring a sample of your long-lost colour with you as inspiration for your blending session but please be aware that a full re-creation may not ultimately be possible.
I'm afraid we don't offer a remote matching service at a distance from our lab because real-time customer feedback and trialling it on your individual lips are essential for a successful matching.
We store your bespoke blend on file, so you don’t need to remember it. When you reorder online just put your name in the blend box. If there is any problem, we will contact you before sending.
As the product was created according to your bespoke specification, and you approved the shade during your appointment, it falls outside our Satisfaction Guarantee and we can't accept a return or exchange. However if you have any concerns about product quality please contact Customer Service.
No, the full session is taken up trialling different colours. Your artist will have some time to recommend and apply complementary products, but for a full makeup application please add a Day or Evening Makeup service to your booking.
