You’ll arrive and get comfortable at your makeup station. Your artist will discuss with you what you want out of your concealer and whether you have any skin sensitivities.
You're welcome to arrive wearing makeup or without - we will always remove any makeup to assess your natural skin tone.
They then start blending different shades to achieve the perfect match and trial it on your skin, testing the result in both natural light and our advanced lighting modules.
Your artist can choose from our two concealer formulations: Secret Light Serum Concealer - brightening and hydrating, with light to medium coverage, and Future Flawless Concealer, which offers medium to full coverage levels for ultimate camouflage.
Once the perfect shade is found, the artist will apply it and complete your look with a few finishing touches of other products.
You can choose to take your bespoke blend home as a
full-size product. All formulas are delivered from our lab within 48 hours. If you need more time to consider, you can also take away a free 2-day sample to try.
We keep your unique custom blend on file, so you can reorder
it easily anytime and won’t have to worry about remembering it.
Bespoke Concealer Blending appointments are offered all week Monday-Saturday.
While we welcome drop-ins, booking ahead ensures our artists’ availability and is recommended.

Bespoke blending can only be done in person, but we have a great range of beautiful ready to wear blends available to sample online, across all our formulas.

Absolutely. Please just give us specific information about your sensitivities when you come in, including the results of any patch tests, so our recommendations in your consultation will exclude them. We often recommend our Matte Mineral Foundation or Weightless Cream Foundation for sensitive skin as they are free from fragrance and preservatives.
As the product was created according to your bespoke specification, and you approved the shade during your appointment, it falls outside our Satisfaction Guarantee and we cannot accept a refund or exchange. However if you have any concerns about product quality please contact Customer Service.
We store your bespoke blend on file, so you don’t need to remember it. Simply put your name in the blend box. If there is any problem, such as you have several blends and we're not sure which one you would like, we will contact you before preparing the full size and sending it out.
