Eyeliner Pencil Baroque

Waterproof formula lasts all day and can be nudged up into and between the eyelashes to define the eyes. Glides on smoothly and sets super-fast to fit in with your busy schedule.

Apply the pencil tip with gentle pressure along the lashline and inside the waterline. For a smoky effect, smudge before it sets. Once it sets it gives long wear and excellent colour payoff.
